What the program involves
The Weight Management & Wellness Program is a structured, Biokineticist-led pathway run over 12 weeks. It combines personal consultation, supervised exercise, and a multidisciplinary support team — not a generic diet plan or a gym membership, but a clinically guided program built around your own assessment results.
- 12-week intervention — a structured Biokineticist-led program running over 12 weeks.
- 3 one-on-one consultations — personal Biokineticist consultation and re-evaluation sessions to track your progress and adjust the plan.
- 9 exercise sessions — group or individual sessions, programmed for your level and goals.
- Multidisciplinary team — access to a dietician and psychologist throughout the program.

Why a Biokineticist-led program
As an HPCSA-registered Biokineticist with an Honours degree in Biokinetics and BASA membership, Karlien builds every program around your own assessment — not a one-size-fits-all routine. Progress is monitored across the 3 consultations, and the exercise plan adapts as your results change, so the approach stays evidence-based and personal to you throughout the 12 weeks.
